You have 14 days to return your order

You can withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order (or the last pair, if they arrive separately).

How to do it

  1. Write to us at contacto@voltajebarefoot.es saying you want to return your order, with your name and order number. If you like, you can use the withdrawal form at the end of this page, but it is not required.
  2. We will send you a shipping label and instructions for returning the shoes. The cost of the label is paid by you: we will tell you the amount when we send it, and it will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Send the shoes back to us within 14 calendar days from the day you tell us you want to return them.

Condition of the shoes

You can try the shoes on at home as you would in a shop. Please do so on a clean surface and return them in good condition, ideally in their box.

Refund

We will refund everything you paid, including the original shipping cost if any, within 14 calendar days at the latest from the day you tell us you are withdrawing, minus the cost of the return label. We may wait until we receive the shoes or until you show us you have sent them, whichever happens first. We refund using the same payment method you used. Please note that your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Size exchanges

If you need a different size, write to us within the same 14 days and we will help you exchange it, subject to stock. Shipping costs for size exchanges are paid by you.

Faulty product or wrong order: 3-year legal guarantee

All our footwear comes with the 3-year legal guarantee from delivery. If a pair has a manufacturing defect, or if we sent you a product or size other than the one you ordered, write to us at contacto@voltajebarefoot.es with a description and, if possible, some photos. We will offer to repair or replace it and, if that is not possible, a price reduction or a refund. In these cases, all shipping costs are paid by us.

Normal wear from use (for example, of the sole) is not a defect. We recommend letting us know as soon as you notice a problem; this does not limit your guarantee rights.
