General terms of sale

Last updated: 31 October 2026

1. Who we are

This online shop (www.voltajebarefoot.es) belongs to Vuelvealorigen, S.L.U., trading as VOLTAJE, Tax ID (NIF) B93784726, with its address at Calle Maestro Guridi 9, 28850 Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid), Spain. Email: contacto@voltajebarefoot.es.

2. Scope

These terms govern the purchases you make in this shop as a consumer. By placing an order, you accept the terms in force at that time. They are available in Spanish and English; in case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails. You can save or print them from this page.

3. Products

We sell barefoot footwear made in Spain. We describe each model (materials, sizes and measurements) as accurately as possible. Photos are for guidance: colour may vary slightly depending on your screen and, as the leather is of natural origin, each pair may have small differences in tone and texture.

The footwear includes a conductive system that facilitates electrical connection with the ground. It is not safety footwear or personal protective equipment (PPE), and it is not suitable for working on or near electrical installations.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping is free to the areas listed in the shipping policy. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

5. How to buy

  1. Choose the model and size and add them to your cart.
  2. In the cart, click “Checkout” and enter your contact details and shipping address.
  3. Choose your payment method. Before confirming, you will see a summary with the products and the total price. At that point you can review and correct any details: go back to the cart, change the size or quantity, or edit your address.
  4. Click the payment button, which indicates that the order involves an obligation to pay.

You will receive an order confirmation by email with all the details. We keep an electronic copy of every order, which you can ask us for at any time.

6. Payment methods

You can pay with the payment methods shown on the checkout page before confirming your order (for example, card). Payment is taken when you confirm the order. We do not store your card details: payments are processed directly by the payment platforms over a secure connection.

7. Availability and order cancellation

If, due to a stock error, a product you have paid for is not available, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund you within 14 calendar days at the latest. If there is an obvious error in a published price (for example, a clear typo), we will let you know and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it at no cost.

8. Shipping and delivery

Shipping areas and delivery times are set out in our shipping policy. Your order travels at our risk until you receive it.

Pre-order items: the time frame is the one stated on the product page and in your order (shipping before December 3, 2026). If your order has not shipped by that date, you can cancel it and we will refund everything you paid.

9. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. How to do it, costs, refund times and form: refund policy.

10. Guarantee

All products come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, under the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. More information in the refund policy.

11. Intellectual and industrial property

VOLTAJE is a trademark registered with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM). The texts, photographs, designs, logo and other content of this website belong to Vuelvealorigen, S.L.U. or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our permission.

12. Personal data

We process your data in accordance with our privacy policy.

13. Customer service and complaints

For any question or complaint, write to us at contacto@voltajebarefoot.es. Official complaint forms are available to you (see Contact information). We are not a member of any consumer arbitration scheme or other alternative dispute resolution body.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by consumer protection law.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the terms in force when it is placed.
