Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For now we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside Spain.

Delivery time

Pre-order items: they ship before December 3, 2026; the first orders may start shipping from November 15. This time frame, stated on the product page and in your order, replaces the other time frames in this section. If your order has not shipped by December 3, 2026, you can cancel it and we will refund everything you paid.

Delivery to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands in 3–7 business days from order confirmation.

If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within that time, we will let you know.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free.

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive

Your order travels at our risk until you receive it. If the parcel arrives damaged or with the packaging opened, you can note it on delivery and write to us at contacto@voltajebarefoot.es with a photo. If it gets lost on the way, we will send you another pair or refund you, whichever you prefer.
